We take a moment to remember our loss, James Carl (J.B.) Messer EMCM(SS/SW) . J.B. was a Vice Base Commander of USSVI-OKC back in 2004.

J.B. proudly served his country in the US Navy. He qualified submarines in 1974 on the USS Parche (SSN-683). He served on many ships throughout his tenure with the Navy ( AS-36, SSN-683, SSBN-627, SSBN-623, CGN-37, CVN-69 )

Randal Osbourne passes away on February 12, 2016.

Qualified in submarines on the USS Cutlass (SS-478) in 1969 and was a TM2(SS) when he left the Navy.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran and served during the Vietnam War.
